What if the tool that feels most overwhelming could actually work the hardest for your brain?
This interactive, evidence-informed session explores artificial intelligence as a legitimate accessibility and executive functioning support tool for neurodivergent professionals. You will learn how to move beyond fear and hype and reframe AI as an accommodation strategy, rather than as a shortcut or ethical liability.
Grounded in trauma-informed practice and Canadian compliance standards, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Health Information Act, this workshop offers practical, immediately applicable strategies for using AI to reduce cognitive load, support planning and communication and to build sustainable professional workflows.
You will leave with a free AI Starter Guide adapted for Canadian professionals, and a clearer, more confident relationship with technology that works with your brain — not against it.
