UCalgary nurses garner CNA and CARNA accolades
The Faculty of Nursing proudly announces recipients from our faculty family who recently received national, provincial and internal awards
What better way to celebrate National Nursing Week then to recognize nurses who excel in their workplace and learning environments?
The Faculty of Nursing is proud to announce recent recipients, from our faculty family, of national, provincial and internal awards.
Congratulations to:
- Sandra Goldsworthy, associate dean (Teaching, Learning and Technology) and research professor in simulation education, who will receive the Canadian Nurses Association Order of Merit for Education
- Tracy Wasylak, adjunct assistant professor, who will be awarded the Canadian Nurses Association Order of Merit for Policy
- Alumna Stacey Dalgleish (MN’91) who will receive the Canadian Nurses Association Order of Merit for Clinical Practice

- Associate professor Shahirose Premji RN PHD, who will receive the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta’s Nursing Excellence in Research Award
