Records and contact details
Find help with transcripts, contact information and alumni connections.
Order transcripts through the Office of the Registrar. You need your eID. For account help, contact itsupport@ucalgary.ca or 403.210.9300. For information not shown on your transcript, email transcript.request@ucalgary.ca. Nursing graduates can also contact their faculty for education verification.
Use the online contact update form to keep your details current.
Use the UCalgary alumni directory on LinkedIn to search by location. Keep your contact information current to receive invitations to alumni events in your area.
Email and account access

Student and alumni email accounts are separate. Save the emails and documents you need before your student account closes. Staff account access is subject to employment-related account rules. Visit the alumni email page for signup and account guidance.
Multi-factor authentication helps protect your account by requiring more than your password. Follow UCalgary IT’s current setup instructions.

An alumni UNICARD is used to access certain campus services. Contact the UNICARD office to confirm your affiliation and the current photo and collection requirements before visiting. Email unicard@ucalgary.ca or call 403.220.8300.
