As a leadership and organizational development expert, MacDonald Oguike teaches practical, implementable strategies for leadership practices, business growth and productive relationships at work. He has a master’s degree in educational leadership, a business analysis certificate in business administration, management and operations, and is currently a doctoral student studying economics and business administration and international human resources management at the University of Vaasa in Finland.
