Jill Nikiforuk is a career coach with 19 years of experience in post-secondary, government, library and private-practice settings. Jill specializes in helping young adults start their career journeys. Currently, she is the owner of AveNew Career Co., a private career counselling practice. Jill has a bachelor's degree in communication studies from UCalgary, a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a certificate in career development from UCalgary.

Gillian Robertson leads UCalgary's Future Skills initiative as part of a collaborative network of universities advancing skills development across Canada. She is a passionate educator, facilitator and career coach. Gillian has prepared graduate and undergraduate students for their job search and for success on the job. She thrives in collaborating across institutional boundaries to design, implement and evaluate major programs. Gillian brings more than 10 years of industry experience in human resources and talent management and seven years in academia.
