UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the University of Calgary Alumni Association will be held in Calgary, Alberta on Monday, September 14, 2020, at the hour of 6 p.m. via Zoom. All UCalgary alumni are invited. You will receive the meeting link in a confirmation email upon registering.

1. To approve the Agenda for the meeting;
2. To approve the Minutes of the 2019 AGM;
3. To receive the Annual Report of the President and Chair;
4. To receive the Report of the Associate Vice-President, Alumni Engagement and Partnerships;
5. To elect Directors; and
6. Transact such further and other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.

The names of the Directors to be elected to the Board of Directors of the Association are: Tyler Mah, BSc’10 

The names of the returning Directors to the Board are: Chris Carlson, MBA’10, Brenda Marks, BN’86, Ian Minnifee, BA’94, Sue Shaw, BSc’89 and Helen Sunderland, BMuc’87, MBA’92

In accordance with the Bylaws, a Member of the Association is a graduate from a University of Calgary degree program, or other such member as may be determined by the University and the Board of the Association from time to time.
