Pauline Greenidge

Pauline Greenidge, MEd (she/her)

Founder, Upward HR 

Pauline is a workplace consultant, leadership coach, and instructor with UCalgary Continuing Education. As Founder and Principal of Upward HR, she partners with leaders and teams to strengthen communication, collaboration, and workplace effectiveness through leadership development, skills training, and coaching.  

Pauline is also the author of A Grand Dinner Party: Setting the Table for Employee Engagement Through Mergers and Acquisitions and has been recognized with the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for her contributions to multiculturalism.
