Professor Martin Olszynski’s most recent article, “From ‘Badly Wrong’ to Worse: An Empirical Analysis of Canada's New Approach to Fish Habitat Protection Laws,” has been published in Volume 28(1) of the Journal of Environmental Law and Practice. The paper, which assesses the effects of legislative changes introduced by the previous Conservative government to the habitat protection provisions of the Fisheries Act, was one of over 20 presented at the JELP’s 5th biennial conference and was the subject of several news stories in the fall of 2015.
