Developing Self-Empowerment at Work

Feb. 1 | Grow Your Career Conference Morning Concurrent Session

UCalgary Downtown Campus (in-person)

You may have attended sessions on how to enhance your career and workplace experience through leadership development or skill-building, but what about making changes internally?

Self-empowerment is an amazing tool to build confidence and success in your personal life, but can also be incredibly useful when showing up at work.

This session will explore actionable strategies to harness what’s within your control, helping you to assert your confidence. You’ll learn how to effectively navigate your work environment and leave motivated and equipped with the tools to take charge of your experience at work.

Please note that this session is part of the Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on Feb. 1.
