Join us for our eighth annual Grow Your Career Conference. Each year, we gather inspiring professionals and thought leaders who have forged unique careers, demonstrated resilience and made an impact in their communities to share their experiences and expertise with the alumni community.  

No matter who you are, or where you are in your professional journey, this year's conference will help you to launch, advance or reimagine your career.

Anyone who attends the full in-person conference day on Feb. 1 will be entered to win one of two $400 credits towards a UCalgary Continuing Education course. You can gain a second entry by signing up at the Continuing Education booth.   

Please note that two $400 credit vouchers are available. Attendees must be present for the draw at the end of the in-person conference day to claim their prize. 

As part of this year’s conference, you’ll also get the opportunity to take the CliftonStrengths Online Talent Assessment at a discounted rate and then delve into your strengths further as part of an afternoon session during the in-person conference day. You’ll be able to request a CliftonStrengths assessment code through the general conference registration.

In-person Conference Day (February 1)

Join us for our full in-person conference day! Alongside the sessions listed below, your conference day will include a continental breakfast, networking opportunities, lunch, the chance to get a professional headshot taken and a one-on-one resumé review with a career professional.  

Please note that you will be able to attend both the morning and afternoon keynotes. You will have a choice of attending one of the three morning concurrent sessions, one of the afternoon “A” concurrent sessions, and one of the afternoon “B” concurrent sessions.
