Olympic athletes need a certain level of discipline, commitment, passion, drive and skill to reach the level of success that comes along with being the best in the world.
Join Olympic wrestling champion Erica Wiebe, BKin'12, BA'16, for an interactive session exploring what's required to create the conditions for success within yourself and the teams that you lead.
This session will touch on topics including personal leadership and organizational excellence and you will leave with a tool kit on how to create the conditions that can lead to success in your personal life and the workplace.
Please note that this session is part of the Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on Feb. 1.
