Have you ever worked with a leader who influenced through authenticity and transparent communication and had a clear vision for the future, all while genuinely caring about the concerns and professional success of their employees?
Servant leadership is a leadership style that focuses on the growth and well-being of employees while nurturing collaboration, trust and empathy, all toward building a team that is as effective as it is positive.
Whether you are just starting to develop your leadership skills or an experienced leader, join Karen Gallagher, MSW’13, BSW’08, to learn more about how you can leverage the concepts of servant leadership to grow both at work and in your personal life.
Please note that this session is part of the Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on Feb. 1.
