Navigating Your Career: From Uncertainty to Fulfillment

Feb. 1 | Grow Your Career Conference Morning Keynote

UCalgary Downtown Campus (in-person)

Trends like an ever-changing labour market, ongoing economic and global uncertainty, and increased levels of stress and mental health concerns add turbulence to our careers and lives. Whether you’re newly entering the job market or a more experienced professional, navigating your career to find meaning and fulfilment remains key. As the CEO of your own career, “Me, Inc.,” you can direct your career path at any stage.

This engaging keynote will help you understand the keys to navigating your career, starting with looking inside yourself and building career resiliency. Once you are clear and well inside, you have the energy to focus outwards. This means: 1) nurturing your career allies and network through ups and downs, 2) doing an annual “career health check,” and 3) intentionally pivoting when needed.

Please note that this session is part of the Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on Feb. 1.
