Join INDIGROW Psychology's co-founder, Katie Pelletier, BCR’09, BA’09, to learn how to set boundaries and prioritize your well-being.  

This workshop will help you better understand the relationship between boundaries and mental health and will equip you with practical, hands-on tips, and tools to intentionally form and maintain boundaries. The tools taught in this workshop are evidence-based and can be used for boundary formation at home, school, work and in relationships. 

Please note that this session is part of the Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on Feb. 1.

Katie, BCR’09, BA’09, is a registered psychologist with more than 17 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma and relational concerns. She is co-owner of INDIGROW Psychology, a trauma-informed practice, and directs its community outreach program. Passionate about mental health awareness, Katie leads workshops on mental health and neurodiversity, providing practical tools to enhance workplace support. She is committed to making mental health care accessible and fostering an inclusive, supportive community in Calgary.
