Using his international experience, MacDonald brings practical, implementable strategies that improve leadership practices, drive business growth and organizational results and facilitate productive relationships at work.
He has a master’s degree in educational leadership, a business analysis certificate in business administration, management and operations and is currently a doctoral student studying economics and business administration and international human resources management at the University of Vaasa in Finland.
