Marketing technology, tools, strategies and tactics have changed and evolved over time. Generative artificial intelligence (AI), content marketing, chatbots and analytics are the tools that are reshaping marketing now.

Learn how marketing can drive business growth by delivering value to customers. Explore how a customer journey helps improve the customer experience (CX), and how this is connected to an organization's operations and to achieving business goals.

In its earlier forms, marketing aimed to capture the attention and needs of consumers. Today, the marketing team is not a cost center but a value generator.

Did you know that in the past 12 months there were more than 20,000 jobs in Canada that required marketing skills? This represents 116% more jobs than four years ago (2019), which is part of a steady increase in marketing job opportunities over the past 10 years.

This mini lecture gives you a taste of our Marketing Fundamental Professional Certificate. Attend this webinar and have an opportunity to receive 40% discount on the full course registration.
