Herbert Fensury is the Founder & CEO of ENFOCOM Cyber and oversees the growth and operations of the CATE Centre, Alberta’s only fully functional cyber range. With a background in engineering and software, he has worked on a series of high-profile projects requiring significant security – including voting machines and energy sector automation. Herbert leads ENFOCOM in its mission of training law enforcement officers to respond to cybercrime and helping organizations and individuals increase their cybersecurity.
Angelica “Heli” Meza, BCC’12, MBA’14, MISP’22 (she/her)
Security Analyst, ENFOCOM Cyber
Heli Meza is a senior Security Analyst with ENFOCOM Cyber and has previously worked in cybersecurity at Graham and the Calgary Airport Authority. An alum of the UCalgary’s Master of Information Security and Privacy program, she oversees training and cyber range activities at the CATE Centre. Heli is a passionate mentor for up-and-coming cybersecurity professionals and actively works with students in the UCalgary CyberSec club.
Mark Sly, BBA (he/him)
Director, IT Security and Architecture, UCalgary
Mark Sly leads the UCalgary’s cybersecurity operations, including security systems, architecture, and training. A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CyberSec First Responder (CFR), he has prevented and responded to a wide range of cybersecurity incidents at UCalgary and beyond. Mark is a passionate advocate for cybercrime awareness, believing that effective training is the best way to keep community members safe.

Owen Stockden, BA’08, MA’09, MBA (he/him)
Director, Alumni Programs, UCalgary
With a background in marketing, program development, and brand journalism, Owen Stockden helps UCalgary faculties and institutes connect with alumni around the world. Previously as the director of marketing at UCalgary’s Faculty of Science, he worked to help build the CATE Centre’s profile and visibility in Calgary and beyond. He only falls for about 10% of phishing scams, and with the tips from this panel of experts, he’s hoping to get that number down to zero.
