Company information: Embrace is a Community Support Program that brings adults who are transitioning out of high school together in community activities. We focus on developing individual life skills, achieving professional development goals, fostering interpersonal relationships, all while enjoying adulthood and building stronger ties to their community.
Embrace engages with community partners and small businesses, to bring community building experience to our clients. We would like to create an inclusive space where all adults can feel valued and engaged in their community. We offer a unique opportunity as contracted family aides and community support workers by working in a group setting to foster team building, confidence, and motivation, all while tailoring our program planning and activity coordination to our client's interests and personal goals.
