Join UCalgary alumni who have established businesses at different points in their careers — some gradually, others by taking a bold leap — for a dose of lunchtime insight and inspiration.
They’ll share what they wish they’d known earlier, how they recognized the right moment to start, and the practical steps that helped them turn experience into opportunity. You’ll hear candid stories, and the conversation will highlight the lessons, missteps and mindset shifts that shaped their journeys, offering you grounded guidance as you consider your own path to entrepreneurship.
If you’re exploring entrepreneurship — whether as a side venture or a full-time transition — this session will give you a glimpse of real-world experience from those who’ve been there and built it themselves.
