Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting of UCalgary Alumni Association Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the University of Calgary Alumni Association (UCAA) will be held virtually from Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday, September 18, 2024, at the hour of 12 p.m. via Zoom. All UCalgary alumni are invited. You will receive the meeting link in a confirmation email upon registering.
The schedule of the meeting is:
1. To approve the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting (AGM);
2. To approve the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting;
3. To receive the Annual Report of the President and Chair of the UCAA;
4. To approve updates to the UCAA Bylaws;
5. To receive the Report of the Senior Director, Alumni Engagement;
6. To elect and re-elect Board Directors;
7. To transact such further and other business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
The names of the returning Directors to the Board with terms expiring at the Annual General Meeting in 2025 are:
