This webinar will introduce you to a four-step model on how to engage and develop your intercultural competency, which is the capability to accurately understand and adapt behaviour to cultural differences and commonality.

Alumnae and experts Liliana Gonzalez, BSc’12, international career development specialist with UCalgary Career Services, and Adriana Tulissi, BA’02, BA’05, manager of UCalgary’s Faith & Spirituality Centre, will introduce you to ways to engage and develop these skills.
