Have you noticed how some parts of your day take more effort and energy? Meanwhile, do you ever get lost in something that makes time slip away, and feels like you could keep doing it all day, every day?
In this interactive session, and building on tools and practices from New York Times bestselling books Designing Your Life and Designing Your New Work Life from authors Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, we will explore design thinking mindsets to reframe and redesign our relationship to time.
Together, participants will map their own sources of energy to develop transformative practices and unlock new strategies to reclaim energy amidst the chaos of every day.
Please note that this session is part of the 2024 Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on March 2.
