Leveraging a Career Framework in Later Career

Feb. 1 | Grow Your Career Conference Afternoon “A” Concurrent Session

UCalgary Downtown Campus (in-person)

As individuals move into their later career, it has become increasingly common to shift focus from climbing the “career ladder” to instead building a “career framework” which leverages lifelong developed skills and networks for potential post-retirement gig work, part-time or contract work.

This short session will scratch the surface on identifying career values and skills to get you thinking about how to develop your career framework and open doors to future meaningful and flexible work.

Please note that this session is part of the Grow Your Career Conference full in-person conference day on Feb. 1.
