Katie, BCR’09, BA’09, is a registered psychologist with more than 17 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational concerns. She is co-owner of INDIGROW Psychology, a trauma-informed practice, and directs its community-outreach program. Passionate about mental health awareness, Katie leads workshops on mental health and neurodiversity, providing practical tools to enhance workplace support. She is committed to making mental health care accessible and fostering an inclusive, supportive community in Calgary.
