Dig In! Spring Ahead or Fall Behind? Daylight Saving and Kids’ Health

March 12 | 12 p.m., MST | Free Webinar

You may or may not be a fan of daylight saving time, depending on your job, hobbies, whether or not you have children, or a number of other factors. However, as it currently stands in Alberta, we will all be expected to “spring ahead” come March 10, 2024.

We know that sleep is important to everyone’s health, and even more so when considering childhood development. Does daylight saving time help or hinder childhood development?

Join UCalgary alum and expert Shelly Qualtieri, BA’99, to explore the importance of sleep for children’s overall health.

Registration is now closed. Thank you for your interest!
