Cold Garden Beverage Company Ltd.Dan Allard, BComm’09, co-founder and Director - Cold Garden Beverage Company is a micro-brewery located in the vibrant Calgary community of Inglewood. The original brewing district of Calgary, Inglewood reflected the eclectic, creative drive behind the company. Partners Blake and Dan signed the lease for The Garden, their physical brewery, in August 2015. The next two years were spent building out the brewery and tasting room. Cold Garden takes pride in its local community approach to brewing. Most of their beers start with high-quality Alberta 2-row barley. The All-Nighter Vanilla Cappuccino Porter uses a dark roast coffee from Rebel Bean Roasters in Okotoks, and the One Summer In Saskatoon Saison is infused with real berries from the Saskatoon Farm south of Calgary. Their eccentric and innovative vibe continues into their tasting room, launched in January of 2017. Visitors can sample Cold Garden’s craft beers while soaking up the casual and eclectic ambiance of the place.
