Over the past many years, I have often asked applicants for residency or  UCLIC positions... "what will be your legacy to the group... how will you contribute to a learning centred experience?"  There are lots of reason to ask that question... it is not commonly asked and the response can demonstrate how someone thinks outside the box, someone's ability to handle uncertainty, and perhaps most importantly, someone's focus on community rather than on themselves.  The ability to consider the "other" in actions and decisions. 

Last August I posed that question to Dillan Radomske. He is now matched to Cardston for UCLIC... Never heard of it?  Or, possibly, know it very well?
